Aamla tree - No fruits after 5 years

ASA,
We planted an Amla tree (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phyllanthus_emblica) 4-5 years ago. It is growing very well and has reached about 25 ft. It produced 4-5 fruits, pretty large in size, and after that it never produced any fruit for couple of years. The tree is lush green and there are no sign of any disease. I didn't see flowers as well.
Is there a way to induce fruits in aamla tree?
Regards,
Farooq
