Adhoc mali?

Anyone know where I could get a Mali or two in Lahore who can work some shifts on an as needed basis. I find my mali is just not available enough for me to accomplish all I want done and the planting season is going away fast. This is such a pain.

Khan sb i dont know about Lahore.but follow one simple formula hire a mali.call him on sunday.sit on chair.order him to weed.see what he does.observe his hand movements.ask him how to water pots.give him the sessors & say start pruning the hedage,look on the finishing of the hedage.if he is meeting ur standars to min(cause a mali can not meet ur standards 100%) hire him.but always instruct him your self,because mali is a lay man.he can never fulfill ur demands fully.i pay to my Islamabad mali RS 1500 just for a small garden,2 hrs a day.in Mardan i pay to my Mali RS 1100 for 5 days a week,6 kanal home.so it also depends on ur location.my Mardan,s mali is very nice & well experinced gardener.

I agree Khan sahib, the problem is where to get one! They don't even show up. It makes me wonder if there really is a shortage of jobs here!
