first of all it is not money plant but arrowhead plant.

it sheds its leaves when it remains dry between watering.so key to keep it fresh and healthy is keep soil moistened.
the packet of fertilizer by name yes is not DAP but NPK. use it in very weak solution.one tea spoon in 5 litter water.perhaps plant is in bad condition due to heavy fertilizer.please mention how you used sachet of Yes.

This plant doesn't survive very well indoors without enough light. The whitish colour of leaves shows that it is not getting enough light. Also note tons of salt deposits around the rim of your pot (picture #2). No wonder it is not doing well. Try changing the soil as well.

I had this arrowhead plant. I kept it in a cool bright room where it sprouted and multiplied fast. I fed it very light fertilizer of NPK USA Growmore and watered often. But it was too sever winter in January here that killed my plant.
