Find the source of ants....on backtracking you will find that they are coming from a single source.......Sprinkle little amount of coopex powder near the source and they will be wiped out. You will have to do this exercise for few days with intervals whenever you see them active again.
If you can not find the source, sprinkle the powder on the trail they are coming from......Generally ants do not harm plants directly, i can't say about Grapes. Try not to harm unless they are really bothering you.
