Noble cause. wish to join and participate but not
have any idea how to contribute?
its difficult task to get time for it really need good planning to before execution.Because most of us have time on saturday and sunday and almost all the schools are also closed on these days.

This is why I say we have to develope interest among the school kids.We'll have to set up a team that could go school to school and give briefing on importance of plantation in a country.Plus, they should emphasise on how closely plants and trees are related to birds, butterflies, clouds, rain etc.

Let the children take care of plants themselves hoping a butterfly or a humming bird will visit their garden once they are grown up and start flowering.Even though some of plants will die but the interest will develope.

We can start from schools like LGS , DPS , educators etc which run a chain of schools under one name.

Aoa well good suggetion but planting trees is easy,look after them is a difficult tast.our people do not realise the importance of trees.

My experience is; if you hvent paid for a plant then you will never care for it.Many will buy and plant a plant and expect it to look after itself. I will advise low care fruit trees like JAMAN, Grafted Mulbary, Bair. For shade Neem, Dhrake,seedling Mango, Ornamental flowering trees only if you can look after them.
