Strawberries in Islamabad

I would like to ask for the place from where we can find some strawberry plants and also what is the best time to start the transplantation of strawberry.

this is the best time.what i,l say you are getting late.you can purchase good quality seedlings from Fateh Muhhammad nursery,pwr mod.they will give production in mid Jan(full riped fruits)
