how to use egg shell powder for plants?

Plz guide me how to use egg shell powder in how much quantity of water n vineger? Can i use this for not only pepper n tomatoes but all my plants?
Also tell me d usage of ash.

ash/egg shell powder 1 tablespoon, add little water to make as slurry, add two tablespoon common vinegar, leave this solution for 10 mins, add more water to make a suspension, give this whole suspension to your growing plants only... any growing plant...
