Not sure about 1. and 2, but I bought Rosemary (rusmari in India, according to my herbal books) and asparagus (asparagus) from the Paradise Nursery, Peshawar mor, in Islamabad. The proprietor was quite knowledgeable vis a vis plants and latin names, etc. Helpful, too.

6. Dandelion may be kekronda, as far as I've learnt from several sources, though I've been shown another plant also called kekronda.

7. Don't know about the plant, but the pansar has the roots..

Good luck. I'm also on a hunt for medicinal herbs / super foods.

You can get Holy Basil / Tulsi / Rayhan, which has multiple benefits.. I got it from the same nursery. And Aloe plants, of course.

The shrub Dandelion in Southern Punjab is known as "Bhattal". The word hails from Saraiki language.
It can be assumed that this may be the name in Urdu as well for many flora share the common names in both the languages.
