My Chinese Evergreen leaves are turning black n yellow

Please help
I boight a plant gamla from a nursery in which i found three separate plants i pick them and plant in 3 different small pots and with some fertilize soil in it.
It works well for 2 weeks and now its getting black and broken

Please post pictures, they dont need fertilizer initially for 2-3 months...
