Look under the motia leaf to see if there are any insects. If there are insects remove the infested leaves. These insects are generally known as Millipedes meaning thousand legs. I dont know if they are good or bad but they do eat plants.

Your motia looks normal to me... millipedes are not dangerous, they mostly eat dead vegetation but sometimes they do munch on very thin leaves...
