Suggest Insect Killer to Protect Plants

Please suggest me insect killer to protect my plants being attacked by many different insects. Today, I found Ants, White Very Very Tiny Flees on Morning Glory leaves.
Therefore, please suggest me any good medicine that covers different insects attack.

Buy "All-in-One" from any garden store... i use it myself, direction of use are mentioned on pack..

Yes easily available in Saddar as well as in the shops of Old Sabzi mandi.. it is locally manufactured product..
