I have recently shifted to rahim yar khan.. my problem is with the choice of plants.. since this area has very hot climate... most of my plants are not surviving... plz help me selecting such plants which can thrive this hot and dry climate... also my plants stay in sun almost whole day due to design of my house

What do you want to grow?? annuals or perennials?

Both r fine, preferably annuals. i actually want to grow such plants which can survive in 6 to 8 hours full sun daily... the climate here is quite hot and dry.

You can grow:

1) Zinnia
2) Portolaca
3) Gompherena
4) Balsam
5) Celosia
6) Cosmos

If its heat hardiness then nothing beats celosia and gomphrena.....Zinnias would require deep watering atleast twice a day
