New to gardening. Please help

Hi guys, I am new to this forum and relatively new to gardening in general. I wanted to know some basics about the soil types and the pots. What is the best soil type to grow and where can you get it from?
How to water and when to water? I drech my soil too much.

I have. I cant find anything. Can you please tell me? I need my soil to be airy and hold water and nutrients at the same time. Where can I get those ingredients and what do you call them in Urdu. Any sort of help is much appreciated.

Just put your question (in plain English) on Google you will get plenty of guidance, you may find the terminologies confusing, that can be clarified in this forum
