I want to buy Adenium but unable to find in my city Bahawalpur, i want to know that what will be its price and can i grow from seed too?

Can grow from seeds, yes.
Price varies from nursery to nursery, acc to size, n whether it's grafted (multicolored flowers), and species. A a 3-4 cm caudex plant(small sized) will vary from 400-1500 rupees
