Hibiscus didn't flower
Something's wrong with my beloved hibiscus. It didn't flower this year while around me here in pindi, they're in full bloom right now. Is there something wrong with the color of the leaves? Please help

If it gets full sun, then stop watering, hoe and til the soil around it, water after 2 days and dont prune/trim the plant as hibiscus bloom only on new growth.... do not give any fertilizer at all...

Yes it gets full sun for atleast 6 hours. I'll surely work on your advice. Thanks.
