growing gerbera
i am growing gerberas for the first time. i live in dha islamabad and and want to have a bed of gerberas and sweetpeas along the outer boundary wall. should i buy seeds or should i go for nursery grown full fledged flowering plants.

Gerbera from seed will take some time to flower, so the best option for this season is fully grown flowering plants, besides you can also sow some seeds or buy some seedlings. It will increase your stock for next season and will also give some experience. Plant your Gerbera in semi-shade, protected from afternoon sun. Growing Sweetpeas from seed is very easy and will flower in two to three months time, in my opinion go for seeds.
