Poinsettia

Any one growing it? I bought a small plant (the regular red one) in February in lovely blooming stage and shifted it to a larger pot when most of the red "leaves" were shed, now it is growing newer green leaves but at a slower pace. Any kind of input would be appreciable regarding this plant..

Aoa Izhar i have 6 years old poinsettia.it is normal.it grows slowly.i use to cut it down in these days to keep the hight in control.mine are the tall growing varitey.if you have the dwarf no pruning is required. i like it because very few plants are in flower when this giant is in blooms.feed it with npk folir regular.

It is a beautiful plant when on blooms, but people do not plant it usually in Karachi.. lets see how it performs in Karachi..
