Viable shrubs for our climate comments please

These are some popular shrubs especially in west not available in our nurseries. Floriferous and mostly fragrant. Kindly comment about their viability in our climate or if you have some experience.
1. Azalea
2. Hydrangea
3. Daphne
4. Viburnum
5. Lavender
6. Rhododendron

Only viburnum and lavender might grow well here. Spanish/french lavender has better chances than english one. Viburnum might also grow well. I have seen some plants blooming in pattoki. Rest might not tolerate our hot summers as well they might need good winter chill.

azelea and hydrangeas are outm tried them, no results the growth stops when it comes to lahore and the its starts to go bad.
