Kalanchoe propagation

I loved my Kalanchoe

Wanted more plants but could not find so I changed it to this.

18 leaf cuttings and 10 tip cuttings.
What will it be?

I feel equal chances.
The tip cuttings will be blooming coming spring, while Leaf cutting the next spring.
Let us see.

I did.. was unlucky.. all rotted...

I lifted a leaf yesterday and found tiny roots at the base of petiol. Over watering could kill them.

what is the composition of the medium you are using?? i should try it

70% Peat + 30% Perlite, watering from bottom, will start feeding with NPK 1-2-1 50 PPM Nitrogen after two weeks.
