Harder you prune your adeniums before they start flowering , more floriferous they become.

Be Patient Dr. Sb, there's alot more to come.
@ Izhar, Clematis go dormant in winter only to come back in February. Some varieties may reach a massive 15-20 feet before they start flowering in April while others may be slow and they 'd attain a height of 6-8 feet maximum.
@ Brig Sb, Last year when I was going to import these , I tried to search on internet whether clematis would survive in zone 10 or not.No 1 came up with the answers.Khabbab tried to find the answer on gardenweb.com as well but no success.I took the risk and imported 15 varieties. They were imported in April as bareroot plants. Most of them flowered the very first month here although the flower size was not over 2 inch. They all disappeared in the winter but all of them came back in spring. The flowers are huge this time and the vines are vigorous.I am going to buy many more varieties.I like to take risks and it makes me very happy when they pay off.

Dear Adnan, by dormancy you mean they get completely dried out or shed their leaves or just stop growing but remain green??
