For the First Time in my gardening experience I decided to grow my seasonal plant from seedlings. And it proved to be a success for me.
Here is the Complete Detail of my Activity

Soil Mix: 75% (Bhal/ Common Garden Soil) 25% Sand
Top Layering: Coco Peat
Pot Size: 10 Inches & 7 Inches Combined
Seed Type: 1. Zinnia F1 Dreamland Mixed (18 Seeds Per Pot) 2. Zinnia Dahlia Flowers Mixed (25 Seeds Per Pot)
Seed Source: Sunny Seeds, Lahore
Sowing Date: 15th April, 2016 (Max. Temperature Recorded 41*C)
Watering: Around 10PM Morning and 6PM Evening.
Seedlings Sprouted: 18th April, 2016
Germination Rate: Overall 95% for both Varieties (Three Pots Germination Rate is 100% and One Pot whose coco peat was disturbed and almost all the seed drained out Germinated only 35%)
Sun Exposoure: Full Sun 8 Hours Direct Sunlight
Covering During Night: Covered with Plastic sheet for 4 nights and the sheet was 3 inches above the ground, it was removed in morning.

Mistake Observed: The ground on which the pots were placed must be levelled and hardened before placing the pots. As it keeps the water in level and seeds do not move otherwise even a little inclination of pot on any side moves the coco peat and in turn the seeds drain out of the pot.

Advise Needed: 1. When to start applying Liquid and Solid Fertilizer 2. Is any pesticide required? When to apply it and Which Chemical is Advised.

Any comments/suggestions/critiques are awaited and will be Highly Appreciated

NPK 20:20:20.... 1 teaspoon in 2-3 litre water... spray to soak them every morning... it will make your plants very strong...

Must appreciate the way you way have presented the data.. so detailed and resourceful.. zinnias are tough plants except for the fact if you err on the watering.
