any news from Sutton Seeds??
Seeds from suttons will be sowed in fall, Amaranthus in August.

i sowed 10 seeds of amranthus on 18-06-13 for experiment...6 in situ and 4 in pot. luckily they all sprouted. recent situation is this that 3 in situ died due to rains and 1 died in pot ..others are growing well..

what to narrate farhan bhai it is nature attack.as i have already mentioned that there is small canal in front of my house so 4 days back water of canal and rain gathered in my garden and one bigger bed which is little bit at lower level remained in water for three days.and in result all chrysenthemums,gailardias,one plant of haar singhar,Zimbabwe creeper,only plant of cardinal climber,cypress vine,morning glories died.it was a havoc for me and lesson that for precious plants raised beds are necessary.

yes sir i remained sad for two days :) and now i am ready for seed sowing in September.gardening depends on nature so i am ready to face nature attacks. in response nature gives us more chances in shape of good seasons.so season of growing seeds and bulbs is ahead and it is a pure joy of gardening to see seeds and bulbs sprouting. :) :mrgreen:
