Monsoon Has set foot on Sub-Continent

Monsoon is right on time........and has set foot on sub-continent.
Downpour is expected to begin in a day or so in South Eastern India.....
Pakistan is expected to receive monsoon in Mid-July but Pre-monsoon activity will start from mid June onwards.
The rising temperatures are actually the cause of monsoon, no heating no monsoon. As per prediction for the year, it is forcasted that rains will be normal to hi-average. However flooding conditions are also expected due to collision of westerlies and monsoon.
