SIGNIFICANT FLOOD FORECAST FOR RIVER JHELUM AT RASUL

River Jhelum at Rasul is likely to cross 5,00,000 Cusecs Exceptionally High Flood Level from 0300 PST of 06-09-2014 to 2200 PST of 06-09-2014.
Under this scenario Districts Jhelum, Gujrat, Mandibahauddin & Sargodha are likely to be inundated. All concerned authorities are requested to take all necessary measures to avoid any loss of life and property.
