I need two clematis vines for my garden plan: blue and yellow. Please advise whether I can use the seed bank or if there is a better way to obtain in Multan or even Lahore. Looking forward. Thanks.

You'll probably have to look for the plant at a nursery. In Lahore I know Lahore Nursery in gul berg usually carries clematis. You can call them and find out,
