Dear sir
I have bought online few seeds from Sky seeds Lahore which include perennials and summer flowers. I also want to develop a few plants of fragrant flowers. Pls suggest me in this respect keeping in view climate of Hyderabad. I also need know the distinction between Gardenia and Jasmine (Motia).

You can grow every available flowers in Hyderabad..
Gardenia and Motia are very different plants... kindly Google their images.. you can search here in forum for their pics...
You should get the following fragrant plants:
1) Harsinghar
2) Raat ki rani
3) Brunfelsia
4) Jhumka bail
5) Mehendi
