HI GUYS I NOTICED NO BODY TALKED BOUT DESERT PLANTS.IS IT PROHIBITED?IF NOT THEN TELL ME ABOUT ITS FERTILIZERS,SLOW N QUICK,WHEN N HOW N FROM WHERE TO BUY?I LIVE IN SIALKOT.

salam every one!can some body tell me which is the best weather n conditions to grow cacti from seeds,is august is suitable for sowing,what ud be the soil mix, pots,light,temperatre,humidity etc?

W. salam! Fraz the season right now is not appropriate to sow cacti seeds as the high humidity levels will rot the seedlings, although it is the best time to take cuttings of cacti and succulents or de- graft a grafted cactus and plant it seperatly, ive done this with my astrophytum and ferocactus and the plants have rooted in just about a weeks time
