This is plant is a relatively common shrub available at very low prices. Not much "local" information is available. However, Botanica (Handbook of 10,000 Garden Plants by Konemann) calls it a hybrid between Artemisia absinthium and A. arborescence. It likes full sun and moist soil. Avoid overwatering. The only interesting thing about this plant is its extremely fragrant leaves when crushed. Hence the name mushk-o-amber. I have never seen this plant bloom and this Handbook also confirms that it rarely produces flowers.

No Munir sb, the family is the same (Asters) but this one is from genus Artemisia (their leaves have a characteristic aroma, which is very appealing). I am sure Cineraria is different and leaves are not that fragrant.
