This flower is really unique in colour. According to the plant list, the most authentic source of names, it is most likely Ecbolium viride (Forssk.). It is most likely not Crossandra infundibuliformis, since Crossandra undulifolia and C. infundibuliformis turn out to be synonyms.

Omer sb, we will create a new entry for Ecbolium i.e. your plant because many people are interested in it and this plant is different from Crossandra. Could you please tell us its bloom time in Lahore? Does it have fragrance? And any other special growing guidance. Others will benefit from your knowledge. It is indeed a very rare plant -not listed in my handbook which has 10,000 garden plant entries -mostly Western plants though!

Seems to be more like Belloprone guttata (shrimp plant) to me! Different color than the regular but this is defintely looking more like a shrimp plant.
