I only saw them in a supper store in USA, My thought behind showing this picture is, Should I plant the cuttings in pots 4-6 in a 10 inch pot and next winter transfer them?
You also recommended planting cuttings in last week of December, the garden from where I intend to take cuttings, the roses are pruned in middle of November, would it be alright to plant them in November or will it be a futile exercise?

Yes Sir you can transplant them in 10 inchs pot in winter.You can plant cuttings any time in the winter ( thats dormancy time) after pruning your roses.Actually pruning time time arrives first in Lahore & then reaches to Islamabad.Plant some cuttings in Nov its ok.

Once indoor roses were available in Awan nursery, Haripur along many other imported plants like African Violets & Azeleas.They used to import green house roses from Holland.Now i don,t know whats the current status.

@Umar Bhai.
Shouldn't pruning time for roses arrive in Islo/Pesh earlier then Lahore if its dependent on temperature/cold vis a vis dormancy

No because spring at Lahore arrives earlier than North.Farhan it do not depend on the cold whether only.If we prune late in Lahore the heat will arrive as soon as the rose buds appear.The ideal time for pruning is late winter when all danger of frost is past.Pruning breaks the dormancy & the buds sprout rapidly.If there is frost it will kill the fresh buds.So there are two factors involve. It totally depends on the arrival of spring & at Lahore spring arrives earlier than Islamabad.Hope you got my point.
