pepper

my pepper plant's new leaves are curling up.....is it virus or a nutritional deficiency...solution????

the peppers are planted in the same location where my papayas were planted last year.....there were 4-5 trees and their leaves also became curled and begin to fell just when the flowering began....at the last there was only there was only the papaya trunks left with 2-3 small curled, crinkled leaves with a spider like web covering on them.

Spray general purpose pesticide every 3rd day for a 15 days.. post the results...

Aren't the symptoms like that of mosaic virus? cuz i have the same thing happening to my pepper plants. New leaves are curling up and have a different texture as compared to the healthy leaves . . .

There is a mite known as Broad mite.. these mites are microscopic and cause the similar damage.. cannot be seen with naked eye...

thnkshhh. This worked for me and the leaves are straightening up now....will they return to their normal shape or will remain little distorted...

remove the most curled ones.. the new ones will become better by time..
