Best Seed Germination and Potting Mix?

Please suggest best "Seed Germination and Potting mix" in accordance to availability of product locally. I am trying to grow Peppers, Tomatoes, Strawberries, Lemon and asparagus mainly all in pots. Ciao

as for potting mix use locally available light and lose soil with well composed manure (at-least one year old), 1 part composed manure with 2 parts of soil from river or bhal, + mixed with 1 tablespoon Epsom salt for medium size container,
Epsom Salt is good for seed germination and specially tomato loves to have regular dose of Epsom salt weekly.
