I have problem with two of my fruit trees.Any comments & suggestions please?

Mango-'Sensation'
Is it a sun burn or some disease?

Chinese Lemon- The problem had occured 2-4 months ago also;I sprayed a fungicide after which I thought the problem was gone, but has come back.The effect was that inside it had blackened & there was no juice.

Munir sb i think its fruit fly.The fruit has a small black spot,ripes early & drops.No pulp in any of the fruit then its fruit fly.Munir sb next season go to an agriculture store & ask for fruit fly cure.They will give you two types of pesticides.you have to dip cotton in each of the chemical & place the cotton bud in a small box.make two small holes in the box & hang it in each tree.
I dont exactly remeber the name at the moment but one chemical attracts the male flies while the other is pesticide & kills the males.So the female do not have partner & the eggs remain unfertilize & your fruits are saved.We use these traps in our pears & oranges orachards.Let me tell you frankly Fruit fly treatment is very expensive as the chemicals available are in large packets for orchards so its not feseable for home use.

I think the mango damage is because of sudden change in temp due to rain.Its not disease but just the sudden change in temps.Some times it happens in summer if the temps drop due to rain.
