wow your garden looks so well planned and healthy.I am planning on starting a vegetable garden, have lots of space, could you please share the layout of your garden, I mean like a sketch or something?Am planning on having tomatoes, next to peas as both will need support, also iceberg and romaine lettuce, carrots radishes, cauliflower, spinach, beets , mint and coriander. Are any of these plants on'unfriendly' terms and should not be planted next to one another? Thanks

Below is my borders scheme. However with veggies and annuals the planting scheme continues to vary.
As you said you have big space. You can divide it into small borders/plots of your choice of size/design. Consideration should be that each border part should be assessable for watering, weeding, hoeing, harvesting etc.
You can space your border/design them as you like. However do separate them with let say 1 foot spacing. Use each bed preferably for one or two veggies.
No major concerns with companion planting that i for see.
Further if you have any query.
