I have observed white worms in pots today. Any possible reasons? Are they good or bad for plants health? How to get rid of them if they are bad? (pic attached)

We poured "lassi" in the pots assuming this is good for plants as some people do this. Doubt if this has caused the problem?

Anything to worry? How to get rid of them if they are harmful? By the way, I had replaced top soil with most worms.
