green houses for growing vegetables

My friend is employee at sheikh's palace JORDAN.. he has been assigned for preparation of green house for growing vegetables. please help me regarding video links and literatures available on NET showing complete study for making such green house which is approximately 100 X 300 ft and well equipped i.e ventilators, warm n cold air, moisture ... and how to grow vegetables in it i.e soil watering fertilizing .. the suppliers for these..
i tried but could not found full informations on these subjects.. videos found were just 2/5 minuts lengths .. so please help
