So it's in a green house, temperature are about 25-28°C. 80-90% of hygrometry and for coca shadow is required.

Nice pictures.. I have read at many places on internet that this tree grows in USDA Zone 11 and above.. well our climate is similar.. so we can try it..

Cocoa grow in very wet conditions and need equatorial climate. It can grow on tropical place, but not so well. I don't know very well Pakistan, but I don't think there is place with raining forest, right? But if you have a garden with enough water, it seems to be possible to grow it.
