Salam Everybody!
Can anyone please tell me sowing time for african daisy??

African daisy is a common name used for various plants of Asteraceae family as under-mentioned. Sowing time for all of these plants was fall, however you can still try sowing Gerberas or Gazanias.
Arctotis
Dimorphotheca
Gazania
Gerbera
Osteospermum

Is Daisy white is annual or perennial and If it grows in Karachi?

What i understand you are asking about osteospermum.....Its a short lived perennial especially in Karachi. but would require heat protection in summer months.

No! wishing to have it thats why I was asking that if it can grow from seeds in Karachi?
What is the proper time for sowing?

Perennial in colder climate....Can not say how it will behave here in our climate. I will attempt in fall which is the right time for sowing its seeds.
