Aoa, I do not know what kind of
Cucumber, Melon & Watermelon plants these are

It is not possible to tell the variety by looking at the leaves.. from where you got the seeds??

Ghalla Mandi Multan, i think these are common varities.

I think that 2nd and 3rd are cucumber.
By the way, how did you staked the plant in plot? What are you using for support?
