Arif sahab, I haven't seen this tree before. I consulted Flora of Pakistan (very authentic resource) and here are the pictures and it seems that this is indeed Terminalia bellirica. What does the local mali say?
The main thing: "Fruit obovoid 1.5-2.5 cm in diameter, covered with minute pale pubescence, stone very thick, indistinctly 5 angled.
Distribution: Ceylon, Burma, Indo-china, Siam, Malayan peninsula, India and Pakistan.
Grows wild in sub-himalayan tracts from Rawalpindi to eastwards. The wood is not very durable and the fruit is used in dyeing and tanning."
Do you see 5 angled seed?

Thank you farooq,
The fruit got attention of a General who asked an official who called the Head Mali, who had no idea and he promptly approached me and I sought the answer through Google and asked you for confirmation.

I can imagine the condition of the poor maali when general sahab asked him and he could not identify the tree. Google zindabaad and Eid mubarak in advance.
