Please Identify This Tree

This tree is located near Canal Lahore Underpass no 5.
Please tell me its name.
This tree contain flowers.
Every year Its leaf fall and only flower remain on the tree which make this tree very beautiful like Sakura blossom in Japan.
It looks pink in flower season.

The tree in the picture must be several decades old. If grown from a seedling_wait for 8-9 years for a full fledged tree.
