Is the seedlings in pansy paneeri ok to be transplanted in individual pots or should I wait abit further?

Depends on your handling :-). Try not to disturb much roots. Hold seedlings gently with leaf and transplant. They will be fine.

paneeri = pot of seedlings that successfully germinate after seeds are sown. Seedlings are transplanted into individual pots or directly in the ground when they become strong enough to sustain shock of transplant.

Pansy paneeri I had sown seeds myself whereas Cineraria paneeri was bought from nursery. Difference is evident, nursery bought paneeri is healthier.
