Is this nigella? Someone to confirm plz. Leaves appear different.

I sowed this locally procured (so called) sweetpea seeds. I am perplexed since germination as they appear more like garden pea(vegetable), infact seed size was also larger. Can anyone confirm with authority whether they are flowering type, as i have placed them at a central location and need to do away if its not lathyrus odoratus. BTW i confirmed with vendor and he was sure that its flowering type.

If you have bought them from Pride Seeds then it's a tall variety that can attain a height of 3-4 feet and the seed size of this particular variety is large then no need to worry.
