Seems like cockscrew vine(snail vine), it is strange these seedlings are sprouting in intense heat. See the seedling photo by Izhar in the following link , it is matching.

But i never planted seeds in this pot 
The color of leaves is much darker green than the ones by izhar. I have a month old seedlings of snail vine in another pot and their color is lighter.

it looks like the Wrightia antidysenterica seedling also known as White Angel,
