Got your point. So the rose which appears black in the picture must be an old rose. I actualy did not like the "blue" because it is more of a purple.UMARKHANMARDAN wrote:Aoa Farooq sb.actually true blue & black do not exist.the black looking rose is actually dark maroon.some times the dark red turn into deepest red when becomes old.all blues are actually lavender, purples are revert pinks.the blue the Japanese claim is not a true blue. Green Romantica is a light green developed by Mieland,France.but in warmer climates its not that much green.in colder climates its light green just like culiflower heads.
But Farooq sb one day black & true blue will exist just like the purest of yellows & red.i dont remeber the first yellow but crimson glory was the first red.
I checked the image of green romantica, but it is certainly not the one we had. In the beginning the rose would have slight organish colour and with time it would change to light green, very similar to romantica. Can you guess what it could be?
Hope to see black and blue roses? BTW where do you find the names of roses and what is the system of rose nomenclature?
