plumeria leaves turning

I brought this plumeria a week ago and now its upper or new leaves are turning inside.
What is wrong and what should I do??

Spray pesticides... for 3 days in evening....

Bhaai iam beginner.. Pesticides kia hotaa h.
N i dnt think k mere ilaqy s available hogaa iam from a small town.

jis nursery say poda lia hay us nursery say poochhiye k "keeray maar zeher" hay un k pas...
