Build myself for protection against frost

Gr8 idea and DIY work. You would not require frost protection before last week of December.
Simple would structure can also be erected with wood/bamboo etc. Cost should be priority as it would be utilized max for 15-20 days.

Farhan sb it will also protect from rains, cats (i don't know why she digs out my pots) and birds which are also pull out young seedlings

Cat is probably coming for nature's call
Provide alternate pile of sand/container etc so that it doesn't spoil your pot. Cat dislikes to dig wet and crusty soil unless there is nothing else.

It's good you save your seedling from birds and other insects. But in totally covered sheet, how you manage Air Circulation. Which is most important for germination of seeds as well as seedling.

I think his purpose is to prevent from frost. At day time in full sun sheet can be lifted for light and air circulation.
