ordering seeds from abroad. duty customs etc?

I wanted to know if one orders from seeds suppliers like Chiltern or t and m, do custom duties apply? And at what amount do custom people go crazy?

i recently perchase seeds from chilten seeds share with khabab bhi.chilten seeds get from us 1175 rupees [6.5 pounds] for delivery charges.for more information see first page article of lahore gardening.

there are no customs duties for these parcels of no commercial value in Pakistan
