Substrate making for Planted aquarium

Need following items for making substrate.
1) Top Soil, not Bhalo mitti. Any other non chemical soil. Please suggest place.
2) Pottery Clay or playing clay.
3) Dolomite
4) Muriate of Potash or Potassium Chloride.
I am from Karachi, please give me local names of all these and places from where I can purchase them all.
