Butterfly and humming bird loving plants

Saw some clips on youtube about plants that attract humming birds and butterflies. Off course dont have that huge lawn but could at least plant one.
What are the names of local plants in islamabad that attract both humming birds and butterflies

Lantana, hibiscus, canna, bottlebrush tree etc

I thought had posted it but i dont see it. Saw several videos in which they have mentioned ‘asclepias’. Is it available locally and if so what is the local name

Showed the pictures of the plant flowers and they said it is known as ‘گل چین’. Hopefully it is milkweed plant.
